Microbiological analysis
In our Microbiology Laboratory, we analyze samples for the purpose of identifying bacterial contamination and differentiating among pathogenic micro-organisms. Depending upon specific requirements, we use both conventional methods of microbiological analysis as well as state-of-the-art techniques, such as real-time PCR. Are you interested in determining the shelf-life of your product? Do you need to have a QS-certified salmonella test performed? Or would you like to have your plant hygiene inspected and monitored? If so, we are the perfect partner for you! We test and analyze the entire shopping basket of food products in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, such as EC Directive 2073/2005 on microbiological criteria for foodstuffs. Our assessment criteria also reflect the limits and guideline values published by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Hygiene und Microbiologie (German Hygiene and Microbiology Association, DGHM).
