Mafo1 arotop marketing research gives the highest priority to quality in the recruitment of test consumers. In order to conform precisely to customer specifications, we do not rely on the customary “dredging” method. The arotop recruiting system is based on a database which now encompasses 5000 test subjects who are classified according to quantitative and qualitative criteria. Target groups are identified by our trained recruiters in a pre-selection process at our own call centre and invited to participate.

All projects are carried out in our two accredited sensory laboratories with the aid of state-of-the-art technology. Electronic questionnaires are used to survey test subjects without disruptive influences. A high-speed Internet connection also enables us to perform concept tests online.
 
All data are recorded and processed immediately via our central FIZZ -Network. This enables arotop market research to deliver raw data and perform simple analyses within the shortest possible time.
